• South Penn, DoubleTree Convention, Poplar & Walnut: $2.00/hour.

• Chiarelli, 4th & Cherry, Front & Washington, 2nd & Washington: $2.00 first hour, $1.00 each additional hour.

• Reed & Court Garage, 1000 Penn (ParkMobile), State Lot: $2.00/hour 

Monthly Permit Rates (as of June 1):

• Residential Standard: $50/month (or $40/mo prepaid annually).

• Residential Premium: $90/month standard (or $72/mo prepaid annually).

• Discount: 6-month prepay = 10% off; 3-month = 5% off.
  Front & Washington Garage has a special monthly permit for $25/month
