The Reading Parking Authority will be accepting walk-in hearing requests for parking ticket disputes on:

🕘 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🚶 Walk-ins Only

Customers who wish to dispute a parking ticket may visit our office during these hours without a scheduled appointment.

Please note:
• Walk-in service does not guarantee immediate assistance.
• Due to anticipated demand, wait times may be significant depending on customer volume.
• The Hearing Officer will be unavailable for a scheduled break between approximately 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. Services may be temporarily delayed during this time.

Customers with pre-scheduled hearing appointments should attend on Wednesdays. Walk-ins will not be accepted on this day.
