1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ReadingParking.com (hereafter “the Website”) or its services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have supervisory consent if younger.

3. Parking Rules & Enforcement
All RPA-owned garages and lots are private property and enforced 24/7, 365 days/year. Violations may result in tickets or towing. On-street meters operate Monday–Friday from 8 AM–6 PM and Saturday from 8 AM–2 PM.
4. Garage & Lot Regulations
The following rules apply in RPA-operated garages and lots:
- No trespassing, littering, loitering, grilling, or alcohol.
- Vehicles must be operable, registered, inspected, insured, and parked facing forward.
- A speed limit of 5 MPH applies.
- Restricted vehicle types include RVs, trailers, boats, and similar oversized vehicles unless otherwise permitted.
- RPA is not liable for theft or damage to vehicles.

6. Permits & Monthly Rates
Monthly permits are available for garages and lots, with discounted rates for Reading residents. Permit purchases are subject to additional permit-specific Terms & Conditions.

Advertising inquiries can be submitted via email or phone. For assistance, contact the Reading Parking Authority at (484) 339‐4979 or (610) 655‐6166 during office hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5:30 PM).

Any personal data you provide, such as license plate information or payment details, is used solely for parking services. For more information, refer to the Website’s Privacy Policy.

The Reading Parking Authority and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of the Website or parking services, including vehicle damage or loss—whether direct or indirect.

You agree to defend and indemnify the Reading Parking Authority and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
The Reading Parking Authority may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
